NYU professor of Linguistics and long-time member of this parish, John is recently back from Africa where he spent 2007 teaching at NYU’s academic center in Accra, Ghana (the capital of Ghana), and at the University of Ghana. John found himself in a world filled with people who were openly and quite cheerfully Christian. That’s what he will be talking about with a particular emphasis on the parish church he attended.
